In its third year, the CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Video
Music Awards has rapidly become a fan favorite. The CMT 2003 Flame Worthy
Video Music Awards premiere is the highest rated telecast in CMT history
among viewers ages 18-49. On the 2003 premiere date, more than 8.3 million
viewers watched the live awards show and related Flame Worthy programs.

for Dwight Yoakam’s “Back of Your Hand” (Electrodisc/Audium Entertainment/Koch)
broke through the CMT Top 5 Chart this week. Shot on location in Santa
Monica this spring, the video showcases Malandruccolo’s eye for texture
and colour while focusing on the beauty and the drama of this ever-captivating
world. The video for the hit single from Yoakam’s critically acclaimed
new album Population Me, has been steadily climbing the charts on the US
cable network CMT after 10 weeks in heavy rotation and currently sits in
the number 5 position on the CMT Top 20 this week.

CMT 40 Greatest Men of Country Music
Part 1: Aug. 26 at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.;
Part 2: Aug. 27 at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.;
Part 3: Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. (All times ET/PT)
CMT will premiere the second in a series of its "Greatest"
specials, CMT 40 Greatest Men of Country Music -- a three-hour documentary
honoring the 40 men who have made unforgettable contributions to an entire
music genre. Among those honored: Johnny Cash, Vince Gill, Tim McGraw,
Dwight
Yoakam and the late Waylon Jennings.
