Heal The Bay | Malibu Local Coastal Plan
Heal the Bay will advocate for a Malibu Local Coastal Plan that will protect Malibu's precious coastal resources and clean up Malibu's most polluted beaches. Approval of an environmentally-sensitive plan will help safeguard the health of beachgoers that swim and surf at Malibu's popular beaches.

Stream Team
In 2002, the Stream Team will complete the first State of the Malibu Creek Watershed report. The report includes a summary of water quality, watershed mapping, and recommendations to improve the health of the watershed. Stream Team will also begin monitoring for pesticides in the Malibu Creek watershed, Ballona Creek and Calleguas Creek.
